We are available to listen to your story at no charge. You will then be able to decide for yourself whether to retain our services as advocates for your injury claim, or simply to take some free advice and continue searching for a lawyer.

Texas's Helmet Law
"Effective September 1, 1997, persons at least 21 years old are exempt from wearing a motorcycle helmet if they have successfully completed a motorcycle safety course or are covered by a health insurance plan providing the person with at least $10,000 in medical benefits for injuries incurred as a result of an accident while operating or riding upon a motorcycle." -- Texas Department of Public Safety
This law offers some clarification regarding the "fault of the motorcyclist" who chooses not to wear a half helmet or a full-face helmet ― or who was wearing a helmet which caused a neck injury. Even so, you may still encounter bias or police officers' errors in your motorcycle accident report.
